Frequently Asked Questions

Here are answers to your questions about Victoria’s Lavender products.

Are all your products natural?

Yes, all the essential oils and ingredients we use are very high quality and natural, no animal oils such as lard, only vegetable and plant oils (coconut oil, mango butter, shea butter, olive oil, goats milk, meadowfoam seed oil, etc.). Whenever possible, we use certified organic. Our products are sulfate-free, gluten free, and phthalate free.

I don’t always like the scent of lavender, but I like yours. What is the difference?

There are literally hundreds of different varieties of lavender available. We use only lavender essential oil, rather than a “fragrance oil” which is a synthetic version of the real thing. I am very particular in choosing the essential oil that is used in our products. I have found an oil that tends to be more floral and less camphoric or “medicinal” as lavender can sometimes be. There are less expensive lavender oils we could use, but we won’t compromise on the quality and properties of our lavender!

I noticed that not all of your products are just lavender. Why is that?

It gives our line diversity plus lavender blends quite nicely with a number of other scents. Even for those that think they don’t like lavender, they love the combinations we have created, and still get the aromatherapy benefits!

What are some of your best sellers?

Our soaps, especially our Dead Sea Mud Spa Bar and rich lotions have consistently been among the best sellers. Our Lavender Neck Wrap is very popular. Also, once customers try our Lavender Butter for face and hands, made with shea and mango butters, they are hooked.

Our sugar scrubs and moisturizing “Body Candles” are also top sellers, especially with Spas.

What do you mean by “Professional Sizes”?

Professional Sizes, also called Back Bar, are bulk containers of selected products. These are used by spas and salons for massage and skin care treatments offered to their clients.

Our other products are sold in cases of 6 items, packaged for retail sale.

Do you offer testers for your products that can be used for retail sales?

Yes, we sell testers when purchased with a case of the same product.
